‘Wearable Memoir’ focuses on how abandoned daily items could be transformed towards the medium of a brand new functionality, while significantly reducing the extra costs involved in recycling them into new products. Specifically, the project begins with an abandoned fragrance glass bottle. The author turned the ‘wearable fragrance’ to the ‘wearable accessories.’ by breaking the glass into cullet and transforming them into portable items. The project concentrated on two key principles: avoiding excessive energy costs while grafting personal memories from the fragrance glass bottle onto the newly redesigned product.
